Mexican President Vicente Fox and his very unpopular wife Marta, on the balcony above the crowd, right in the center of Mexico City. Her dress is nice- but I am not sure about a First Lady going with strapless... (I guess we are just lucky Barbara Bush never made that choice!- if she wasn't such a horrible person I would never make a comment like that.)
