The Soundtrack of my Life

Re-discovering my old Peter Gabriel "US" CD from many moons ago {15 years!} is almost making cleaning my house tolerable.

Damn this is a good album. "Washing of the Water" is one of my favorite songs ever. {"Don't Give Up" with Kate Bush from "So" is right up there too.}

pete is the best ... hard to pinpoint one album or song. however 'signal to noise' from his album 'up' is best. it is with a mezmerising performance of the late 'nusrat fateh ali khan'.
so appropriate, specially today, with all the political noise ...

I have several of those albums on tape... you know when you would troll around the dorm borrowing records and then make cassettes from them.

Isn't Kate Bush just the best every time!!!!!!

Washing of the Water is a brilliant song! I identified with it more 18 months ago than I do now....now I feel that the water has rushed over me and set me free :)

Kate Bush is always brilliant too.

Blood of Eden of this album is pretty good (w/Sinnead). I almost considered it for first dance in our wedding, however, I settled for a one-man-show with a Casio keyboard, jajajaja...
