When Eduardo was growing up in Mexico City Santa didn't bring him toys on the 25th, the Three Kings brought him toys on January 6th. Our lucky bi-national children get visited by both!

Lauren, is that your green v-neck fleece shirt on Aida?
Bi-cultural kids sometimes really rake it in, don't they....here in Japan, on New Year's Day, kids get "otoshidama", money (in little envelopes) from parents, grandparents, and in my kids cases, even some of the neighbors and my students will pass on a thousand yen or so (sounds like a bunch, but only about $10). Issei and Koji LOVE the winter holiday!!!
What is that toy? Is it something that I should maybe get for Amanda? I've never heard of it.
OH JESSIE! I didn't realize JSA was you. I clicked on your profile, but couldn't figure it out.
It is a little electronic pet that they have to feed etc. Aida has wanted one for a long time.
Those are all very Aida faces...you totally captured it!
enjoying that new camera, are we?
I think that children of divorce kids may get even more gifts than bi-cultural kids!!! aghhh..no more room in the house!!!
