Big Win in South Carolina

He had to win. He did win. I hope Bill gets the message: Shut up. {Is that disrespectful to a former President?... now that I think about it that is one of the things that bugged me about the things Bill Clinton has been saying in the last weeks. He gets it both ways - he has the status of a former President, but has been totally disrespectful to Obama, knowing that Obama can't really hit back.}

Update: Caroline Kennedy-Schlossberg is endorsing Obama in the NY Times tomorrow, get a load of what she writes!:

We have that kind of opportunity with Senator Obama. It isn’t that the other candidates are not experienced or knowledgeable. But this year, that may not be enough. We need a change in the leadership of this country — just as we did in 1960. ...

I have never had a president who inspired me the way people tell me that my father inspired them. But for the first time, I believe I have found the man who could be that president — not just for me, but for a new generation of Americans.

Leah says he can't beat McCain, who she's convinced is going to win the R nom.

I think it is very hard to say who is more "electable". I dumped Dean for Kerry before the Iowa Caucus because I thought he was more "electable". I was wrong.

Obama gets a lot of people excited and to the polls.

I don't know who would be stronger against McCain - Hillary or Obama - but I know that a lot of people HATE Hillary and will never vote for her.
