I just took this photo of the kids looking out from the apartment at the lights of New York. If Santa does decide that I have been a good girl this year, this is the type of photo I can't wait to take with the Nikon D40. {yes, Amy I have switched to wanting the 40 instead of the 40x}

D40? Well, now you've gone and made me jealous. "All" that's left to do after that is to pick out some lenses.
Good choice on the d40 over the d40x. But then, why not a d80?
