Obama Leading in Iowa

I got a few minutes tonight to read a bit of politics. Obama has now taken the lead in at least one poll of Iowa voters. If I was an Iowa voter leaning towards Edwards these new polls would make me think twice about voting for him. From the beginning my #1 hope for primary season has been for Clinton to loose. As I have written here previously Obama is not my favorite guy these days, on the other hand I would much rather have him as the nominee than Clinton. If Obama wins Iowa I really think he will win the nomination.

Less than 2 months until the Iowa Caucus! I love it.

Lauren!!
I am so totally undecided; be careful (or, don't be careful) as I'm looking to your blog for guidance. The campaigners keep knocking on my door, and calling me on the phone, because I JUST DON"T KNOW!!!! You may not be able to caucus here yourself, but feel free to convince me- I'm keeping an eye on your blog. :-) Hi to the fam! -Nettie

Whoa. I thought Annette was a Romney supporter?

Sorry, Mark. You are probably thinking of a different Annette; I am a pal of Lauren's who resides in her hometown of Decorah, IA. - I probably should have been more clear. Wish me luck at caucus time!

You're probably right. I don't think the Annette I know from Decorah votes at all, actually.

Actually Annette - I think you probably know the Annette that I think Mark is thinking of - Annette Starr/ Nierling who used to work at the museum and now at the Hotel.
