Happy Birthday Steve Gillard

Yesterday would have been the amazing blogger Steve Gillard's 43rd birthday. I still miss his unique, powerful, progressive blog every single day.

For those of you who have never heard of Steve you can read the obituary published last June in the New York Times shortly after he passed away.

Oh yeah, and fuck the Yankees. {one of his favorite sayings - I have been trying to leave out the bad language, but I had to say that in tribute to Steve.}
