I followed this link to Nathan Gibbs' blog from RubySoho's Flickr site. Today he has a wonderful piece, full of fantastic photos, about life in Tijuana before an election.
I have spent more time in TJ than a lot of San Diegans, but still there is so much about our neighbor city that few of us understand. He could have been writing about a place thousands of miles away.
I will have to ask Eduardo if growing up in Mexico City he ever got a free haircut before an election?
