Perino: "I'm Thoroughly Confused."

I am glad that the world has woken up and realized that our Vice-President is a evil power monger who might not have as much respect for our Constitution as we would like him to.

My question is: WTF took so long?

Great that we have a young, blonde White House spokesperson who in the end says, "You guys have me thoroughly confused." Nice. I understood in elementary school that the Vice-President was in the Executive Branch - that this is hard for Perino is slightly suspect.
