The specifics would bore you all to tears, but I HATE DEALING WITH HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES!

I have a lot of better things to do w/ my afternoon than to call three different numbers, enter countless menu options, talk to three different nice women only to find out in the end that yes, our prescription co-pay really did increase 150%. So since the co-pay is going up, the amount we pay the insurance company must be going down right? Nope - it went up at the same time.
