Today I am missing my sis. When she lived in San Diego she always came over for Oscar night with her filled Oscar ballot in hand. I love the Oscars and love even more that even we who do not have E! can watch the Red Carpet live on ABC. (3 pm baby!)
I have only seen Babel and Dreamgirls this year. I wish had gotten a chance to see more of the nominated films- especially The Last King of Scotland, The Queen, and Notes on a Scandal.

Best Actor: Forest Whitaker – THE LAST KING OF SCOTLAND
Best Actress: Helen Mirren – THE QUEEN
Best Supporting Actor- Eddie Murphy – DREAMGIRLS
Best Supporting Actress- Jennifer Hudson – DREAMGIRLS
Best Director- THE DEPARTED (I would give it to Babel)
Best Documentary- AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH (Can't wait to see Al up on stage!)
Best Picture- BABEL
