1. Bad judgment on Iraq: Biden voted for the war, and has apparently learned very little, most recently voting down Chris Dodd's bill to cap the number of troops in Iraq.
2. Bad judgment on the Bankruptcy Bill: This is just stealing from the poor to give to credit card companies. It's wrong. And it was Biden's baby.
3. Bad judgment on race and social justice.
