Something Stinks in Ohio?

Good quality exit poll results are about the only way to try to disprove bad election results. Keeping that in mind why would Secretary of State AND Gubernatorial candidate Ken Blackwell (Don't even get be started how f#@$ed up it is that he can keep his job being in charge of keeping elections fair while being a candidate, or for that matter being in charge of elections when he was the Ohio CO-CHAIR of the Bush '04 election.) wants new rules making it harder for exit pollsters to do their job?
