Explorer Exhibition Night

Wednesday night Aida's school had their annual exhibition night where all of the classes get to show off projects they have been working on. Each of the second graders picked the name of an "American Hero" out of a hat. For the next month they researched their hero. They all dressed up as their hero for the exhibition night and showed off their hard work and answered any questions parents had. Aida was a great Sally Ride.

They also displayed other things. Every year there is a theme for the whole school. This year the theme was "change".

Aida's teacher asked the kids to come up with a list of things that have changed in the world during their lifetime. Notice #6 that Aida's friend Jake came up with. His mother was so proud!
